As a mother of two wonderful kids, she understands the importance of family and the value of quality time spent together. When she is not working, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her loved ones through traveling and exploring new places.
Throughout her career, Ashley has acquired extensive training at a national leading dental insurance company, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of dental insurance. For five years, she worked diligently at a dental insurance company, gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of the industry. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of dental insurance policies, procedures, and claim processing.
In addition to her time at the dental insurance company, she has also worked directly in dental offices, where she played a crucial role in establishing and enhancing their dental billing departments. Her expertise lies in dental insurance, and takes pride in her ability to assist dental offices in getting back on track financially. She began her career at one of the largest Health Insurance providers in the state of Wisconsin, where she gained valuable insights into the insurance industry. This experience allowed her to grasp the complexities of claims processing and reimbursement procedures.
Kate’s expertise expanded further when she jumped into the dental insurance world and worked in the support center for a large midwestern dental practice with multiple offices. Working closely with dentists and multiple dental offices, she became well-versed in the specific billing requirements and challenges faced by dental practices. Her ability to navigate through various insurance plans and effectively communicate with insurance providers proved instrumental in ensuring smooth billing processes. With her attention to detail and commitment to perfection she is a great asset in the dental billing industry.
Three years ago, Kate joined a leading dental practice in the Wausau, WI area, where she made significant contributions to their billing operations. Recognizing the need for a dedicated billing support center, she took the initiative to create and establish this department. Under her leadership, the dental office experienced improved efficiency in billing procedures, reduced errors, and enhanced revenue management.
